Goku in Tournament SagaAfter the quest finishes, Master Roshi agrees to train Goku, but only if he finds him a pretty girl. Another wannabe student named Krillin assists Goku, and they finally return with Launch. After hard work, the two develop into two of the most powerful fighters on Earth. Krillin is his rival at first, but they soon become best friends after the World Tournament. In the Tournament Goku is reunited with his friends Bulma, Yamcha, Oolong and Puar. He passes through the competition against Giran in the quarterfinals and Nam in the semifinals. In the match against Giran his tail also comes back. Goku loses in the final round against Jackie Chun who secretly is Master Roshi.
